Kukke Sri Subrahmanyeshwara College started its educational journey in the year 1983 aiming to provide higher education to  the rural youngsters and empowering them so that they should be  financially independent, socially conscious, morally upright, and emotionally balanced.

 As it is said," Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all ". The aim of our college is to provide unmatched quality education. Our approach to learning is student centric which encourages activity based Learning. We enable students to bring out their best in a progressive and competitive environment in every field, be it academics, sports or co-curricular activities.

 Our college is a place where the endeavour of the educator and parents match the endeavour of the student to achieve a common goal . The goal to discover and nurture the unique abilities of the student and transform him/her to be a conscientious, confident and responsible citizen of India who will go out into the world and make every one proud.

 Going by the global needs and trends of quality and holistic education we impart technologically embedded education and constantly work on pedagogical practices. students get ample exposure to smart classroom teaching learning process, besides conventional classroom teaching. We also provide ample opportunities to the students for the development of an integrated personality. The culture of lifelong learning, facing challenges with determination, ability to take decisions independently, innovation, and unlocking the mind for quick adaptability, are imbibed through curricular and extracurricular interactions.

 The college is fortunate to have a team of experienced, qualified and dedicated faculty members. These competent team of teachers strive to focus on each and every student, monitor and mentor them, appreciate their achievement and encourage them to overcome their short comings and also ensure personalized attention to draw out the innate potential in students. We are a group of diverse experiences and outlooks, committed to excellence in preparing each student to be a curious learner, critical thinker, and competent member of everchanging global society.

 In a brief span of almost 4 decades, our students have done outstandingly well in the university, state and national level exams, sports and cultural events and brought laurels to the college. I am convinced that our students will shape the destiny of the nation in times to come.
